I'm trying to get outside and ride as cycling season is quickly approaching.  Still, the weather is hardly ideal.  Yesterday I was able to get out at lunch time and head up the south side of Suncrest.   The south side is suppose to be the easy side but for some reason I struggled.  I felt slow and sluggish.  I'm hoping it's not a sign of my season to come.  Crit races start this weekend but I'll wait until after ski season before I start those this year.  Probably for the better, I'll need the extra time to get in shape.

Saturday was a beautiful day on the slopes.  Warm and sunny.  Too sunny, some would say, because though we put sunblock on ourselves we forgot to put it on our kids before they went to ski school.  They got fried. We will for sure miss out on "parents of the year" award this year.  I feel real bad about that.
